@saeedehsjd88 Ok, try going to the grader app and checking your certificate for Lab 2a. What happens?

Try going to Setup and then on the left, at the bottom, click on Company Settings, and then below that click on Company Information. Then in the center of the page, look down on the righthand column and find the row for Salesforce.com Organization ID and you'll see that the Org ID is NOT the one that shows on your certificate screencap - not the one I posted to you above.

This is a different account with a different Username.

No, I have found the account now but it says I have not been granted access. Are you sure you did the 3 steps? I wonder if you are logging into a different account now and that is why Meeting is not there? The account I have in your name has the account number (Org ID) of 00D5f000002b39v.

Is that what is showing on your grade certificate for 2a?

1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Well, did you successfully complete Lab 2a? In Lab 2a, you create a Meeting object. If you haven't done Lab 2a, you need to do that first because 2b builds on 2a.

If you already completed Lab 2a and you know you created a Meeting object, did you delete it for some reason?
