When I download the file and import it, only 5 of the 7 entries are mapped. I looked at the FAQs for lab 2b, and it says that I may have skipped an entry on lab 2a, but I looked back at it and they are all there.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Ok, I'm confused because I thought I posted to this thread already to let you know I had fixed the issue with Email and Mobile and you could import the Meeting data. Now I don't see my posting but when I look into your account I can see the Meeting records are they so it looks like you imported correctly. And it looks like you have continued in Lab 2b because you have added Enthusiasm. So I'm not sure where you are stuck now and what problem you are seeing. Can you let me know the Step number and provide a screencap of the problem you are having now?
I’ve done these steps.
Ok do these three steps so I can access our account and see what's going on:
Click on the character at the upper right corner and then, in the popup, click “Settings”
On the left vertical menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access”
On the row for The Max Labs Project, use the menu to change “—No Access—“ to “1-Month…”
Let me know when you've done them.
For some reason the letters look that way in the screenshot, they are both lowercase. I edited them anyway and it still says unmapped.
Yes, the fields are there but you spelled them wrong ("Emall" and "Moblle" so they don't match the headers in the Excel file. Computers are picky about things like that. Just edit them and fix the spelling errors and it will work.
