I've attempted to do this import many times from 4 separate browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Each time all 10 records fail to import. I have double checked the date format and my Pitch IDs and they aren't the issue as far as I can tell. Any help?
I'm aware these screenshots are while using Edge, but for my first many attempts at this import I was using Chrome. Is there anything else that could cause this to happen?
Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org IDÂ so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.Â
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization IDÂ and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
