Whenever I try to import the data it says the records processed is 10 but the records failed is also 10. I think the error may be with my pitch IDs as they do not go from P-000 to P-009 and P-012. Instead, they are different. I have tried multiple times but can't seem to fix it.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Okay it worked thank you!
Yeah, sorry, it's not going to work with those Pitch IDs. The Meeting record data you're trying to import included the Pitch IDs on the records so they can match up with the Pitch records they go with.
Unfortunately, there's no way to change the existing Pitch records' IDs. What you can do, however, is to edit the input data file to change the Pitch IDs on those Meeting records so they will match. So you can open MaxsMeetingDataFiel into Excel, for example and change P-001 to P-015 and change P-002 to P-016 and so forth, for all 10 rows. Then you have to save as a .CSV file, NOT an Excel file. Then the import will work.
Now, this will solve the immediate problem, but if you ran the grader in 2a and it listed other problems too, then you may still run into other issues as you continue with 2b. One alternative is to get a brand new account and catch up to where you are now by doing just some of 1b and about half of 2a and making sure everything is totally correct so you don't have problems in 2b. If you want to do that, I can send you the exact steps and a promo code so you won't have to pay again. You would need to email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject if you want to do that.
BTW - FYI - 3a and 3b do NOT depend on what you've done so far, so you'll get a "clean start" with those no matter how messed up your current account is.
