Ok, Jina. I took a look and figured it out for you. So when you did Steps 65-79 of Lab 2a, you were supposed to be adding those fields to the Meeting object, but you added them to the Pitch object instead. I deleted those fields from Pitch for you but now you need to redo those steps to add them to Meeting.

Start by choosing Setup > Object Manager > Meeting and then do Steps 65-79.

Then start up again with Step 91 and be sure to click on P-012. (I cloned P-011 for you so now P-012 is there and will show up when you click on the Pitches tab and you see Recently Viewed.)

And then just continue from Step 91.

Well, in those same instructions I gave you at:

when you added a new Pitch record in Steps 3-5 that should have created P-010.

Then when you cloned it in Step 6, that should have created P-011.

Then when you cloned that one in Step 7, that should have made P-012.

So there should be 3 identical Pitch records with Spray & Pray, etc numbered P-010, P-011 and P-012.

I can help get it fixed for you if you do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?

So go to your Pitches tab and click Recently Viewed and select All. Then click on P-012 to open up the details of that record and continue on starting with Step 92 and go from there.

Ok, I see. It looks like you skipped Steps 53 and 54. Those are where you change the view of the records from Recently Viewed (which is what you're showing now) to Seeing Triple which is what you should be on. Also, in 54, you were supposed to delete the two Spray & Pray records, P-010 and P-011 which you are currently showing as existing.

So do 53 and 54 now and then go back to where you were and it should be fine.

Remember, computers are very picky. You have to do each of the steps and do them each correctly to make things work. Just be sure to follow the instructions and you should have no more issues, ok?

Ok I see your screencaps but I don't know what you're confused about or stuck on. Everything looks fine from what I can see. Can you be more specific about what step you're stuck on and what you're seeing that looks wrong or confusing?

At this point, the only way to make 2b work is to get a brand new Salesforce account and just do the necessary steps to catch up to where you can start 2b with what you need.

You don't have to redo everything - I can just show you which steps are needed. Just some of 1b and some of 2a. It should only take maybe 20-30 minutes.

Jina, I checked out your account. The problem is you deleted Contact Name, Mobile and Email from Meeting already so the import can't find places to put those columns of data from the import file.

You are supposed to delete those from Meeting but not until much later in the assignment, AFTER the import. Did you skip ahead or something? Or are you trying to redo stuff now?

Let me know. I can restore those fields for you so you can successfully import the data but just checking with you first to see how this happened so I don't mess up something else you're trying to do.

Yeah, it looks like you went ahead and did a bunch of the 2b steps from after the import, even though the import didn't work. I think I'm going to go ahead and restore those fields for now and do the import for you and we can go from there.
