Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hello, I am doing 2b and got stuck on step 34 where you should be able to see the related part of the meeting for Valducci Amalgam, but it won't come up. I have gotten past this part before but did get stuck at another step while doing Lab 2b. I believe I had made it past step 56 when I was not able to find + New Contact. I had tried fixing the error by doing some of the steps again but I am now stuck on 34.
Yeah, as noted on the cover sheet, redoing steps rarely helps and often makes things worse, Better to look for a solution in the Help FAQ or here when you get stuck.
Anyway for now, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org IDÂ so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.Â
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization IDÂ and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
