I have trouble advancing past #16. I just dragged the csv file and then clicked next, but an error occurred. I am unsure what to put in for the "field mapping."

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

That is covered in the Help FAQ but to summarize, this error displays when there is a column header in the import file that is not found as a field in the object you're importing into - in this case, Meeting. So you Meeting object does not have a field named "Meeting Date" or if you did add that field to Meeting, then perhaps the name is misspelled? Depending on which, you need to add that field or fix the spelling.
If you completed Lab 2a properly, the the Meeting Date would have had to be there so maybe it is just the spelling causing the import error.
