I am on step 15 of Lab 2b. When I import the CVS file it tells me I need to map the fields. I've tried to go back to Lab 2a and fix my mapping problem but I am unable to. Any help?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:
-
post in the right category
-
INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE SCREENCAP IN YOUR POST TO SHOW THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!
-
explain the problem clearly

Ok, have you looked at the Help FAQ? It does cover that problem.
If you did already and it's still not working then do these 3 steps so I can access. your account and take a look. Let me know when you're done:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
I am having the same issue as well.
Ok, I just logged into your account and followed the steps and it imported instantly with zero problems. It's ready now for you to pick up with the step after the import is complete.
I am still getting the Unmapped error. I am following the steps exactly as listed.
Ok I just did the import steps in your account and go zero mapping errors. I canceled before the final step of importing the data as shown here:
You can see at the top that I am logged into your account. And you can see all 7 fields are mapped correctly. Not sure what you're doing to get the error. Just follow the steps exactly. making sure you're selecting Meeting as the custom object for the import and the correct data file "MaxsMeetingDataFile". It should work fine if you follow the steps exactly.
Done
Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and find the issue:
1. Click on the character at the upper right corner and then, in the popup, click “Settings”
2. On the left vertical menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access”
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project, use the menu to change “—No Access—“ to “1-Month…”
Let me know when you've completed them and I"ll take a look.
I did not skip Step 12.
This is already answered in the Help FAQ. You've skipped Step 12 the one with the red highlight.
