IS there a way to work around this? I cant seem to get pass this. I tried to follow the steps via the lab but i havent had any success.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Did you check the Help FAQ? Sometimes this error is caused by skipping one step and the Help FAQ explains which.
Other possibilities are that the Meeting object doesn't have a Pitch field in it or it does but you misspelled the name so it's not exactly matching "Pitch".
Let me know. If you still can't figure out the mistake then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
