Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, then probably your file is messed up when you downloaded it or when you saved it. If you open it in Excel or Google Sheets, I think you won't see 10 rows of data in 7 columns like it should be. Try downloading again and be careful that you follow the steps exactly and you don't open it in Excel and save it in Excel before you try to import it. That can mess it up.
