Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi, for step #20, instead of having "Records processed: 10 & Records failed: 0" I have "Records processed: 0 & Records failed: 0". Help!!

in Lab 2b

I continued to step 29 and only had 3 items show up in the "all marketing data" step instead of 13 items. I tried to repeat the process and had the same result. Everything up until step 19 was correct.

I am having the same issue, I import it and it shows 0 records processed

Yeah, so you do need to stop there and fix that before going on. It sounds like your Pitch IDs did not get set to P-000 to P-009 when you imported that data in Lab 1b due to messing up that import? The incoming Meeting records need to find the exact right Pitch IDs to match up with or they will fail to be imported.

If you can confirm that the Pitch IDs on the Pitch records are the problem, like they are numbered P-010 thru P-019, for example, then you can use Excel, etc. to edit the import file and change the Pitch IDs there to match and the import will work, but you need to save the file in .csv format so it can still be imported.

If you can't mange that on your own, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
