I continued to step 29 and only had 3 items show up in the "all marketing data" step instead of 13 items. I tried to repeat the process and had the same result. Everything up until step 19 was correct.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

You can just delete the 13 extra Meeting records or I can do it for you if you like?
Ok, I've looked at your account and I see that the Pitch IDs are indeed correct. Also, it looks like you imported the Meeting records successfully once, but then imported them again so you have 23 Meeting records now instead of 13. But that is ok, the extra ones won't hurt anything at this point.
I think what happened was - when you did the import the first time, you were looking at that report you screencapped & posted here and it showed zero imported and zero failed because it wasn't finished yet - it hadn't completed the import yet so you tried it again and that's how you got two imports. But as I said, it won't hurt anything - you can just keep going forward.
Did you run into something else that you were stuck on or can you just continue at this point?

Sorry you're frustrated. I can sympathize. I can give you shortcuts so it would only take about 45 minutes to catch up. But for now try doing these 3 steps so I can access your account and see exactly what the problem is:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
But I completed lab 1b properly. Every step has worked out fine up until step 20. As a student, it is very hard to hear that I must restart and take even more hours out of my day to fix an error of 1 step from an 100 step process. We as students do not have infinite hours in a day to fix errors done on the systems part. I am asking that your team can please find a better solution to this problem. I will also be contacting my professor for further assistance.
Yeah, my guess is that you may have had some trouble importing the Pitch records in Lab 1b and so the ones that are in there aren't numbered P-000 thru P-009. That's a problem because when you import the Meeting records in Lab 2b, those Meeting records have the ID's of the Pitch records they go with so they can be matched up in the database.
Unfortunately, there's no easy way to fix this. The best thing to do is to abandon your current SF account and get a brand new one and redo just the parts you need to to catch up and start Lab 2b fresh with the correct Pitch records. Then the import will work.
