Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Help! List of Errors found by Check Point in Lab 2b

Hi, I have the following screen shot of the list of errors found by Check Point in Lab 2b. It suggest abandoning my account and redoing some steps. Is there another easier way to fix this?

And, yes, hopefully, 3a will be smooth for you. Just try to be sure to do every step - computers are super-picky so missing something somewhere will cause problems down the road. Good luck!

No worries. So, it's definitely not worth restarting again but somehow you missed importing the Meeting records at all, apparently. So now your Meeting Attendance record for Anu Aggarwal is connected to a Meeting for Spray & Pray, like Julia Chavez. That's why they have the same street address showing up in your listview. But Anu is from SmartTech Investments and is supposed to be connected to a 9/30 meeting with them. But you don't have that 9/30 meeting your database since you never imported the Meeting records.

So you currently have an 89% and you don't need any of this to be able to go on to Lab 3a. So you might just take the 89 as is and go on. Or if you really want the extra points, you should follow those instructions at the start to import the Meeting records and then connect Anu to that 9/30 Meeting. It won't be Mtg-08 like it says in the instructions because you have an extra Meeting record already with Mgt-04 so your counter is off by one. For you, the 9/30 Meeting will be Mtg-09. So you could import and then connect her to that meeting instead and that should get you up to 99 or 100%. Or just skip it and move on to Lab 3a.

Well, it’s not really that hard to get a new account and catch up to where you are. You don’t have to redo everything. Just about 30 steps of 1b and 60 steps of 2a. And you don’t have to pay again. but if you want me to take a look at your account and see how badly it’s messed up, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok? 1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
