Hi, I have the following screen shot of the list of errors found by Check Point in Lab 2b. It suggest abandoning my account and redoing some steps. Is there another easier way to fix this?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well, it’s not really that hard to get a new account and catch up to where you are. You don’t have to redo everything. Just about 30 steps of 1b and 60 steps of 2a. And you don’t have to pay again. but if you want me to take a look at your account and see how badly it’s messed up, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok? 1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
