Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
When I get to his particular portion, the contact name search bar continously loads and never pulls anything up, or it will just show half the pop up. I have tried to go back and redo the steps but nothing seems to be working. Please let me know what the fix is here. Thanks!
That sounds like a browser or browser settings issue. Did you make sure you're using the browser settings given at the top of the Lab 1a cover sheet? Also it's good to turn off ad-blockers, etc. If those don't work, try downloading a new fresh browser like Firefox or something and using that.
