When I correct the error that’s posted, it doesn’t change the score that I received. It keeps showing me the same error message even after I run the grader app and follow the steps to refresh the score.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
