I have tried downloading the Max Meeting Data File using three different browsers. Microsoft Edge and Firefox both gave me error messages that the file could not be downloaded securely. Google Chrome initially said "insecure download blocked" but I selected "Keep" and then "Download insecure file." Even after that, when I went to upload the file to Salesforce, I couldn't find it in my saved files. I can see it when I open my downloads folder but I cannot find it when I try to add it to Salesforce. I attempted to save the file to my desktop and drag it onto Salesforce but was not able to upload it. Please advise.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Sounds you may be using a computer with strict security that’s blocking all that. Haven’t heard similar reports from anyone else. is there another computer you can use, like at the library or something? I can email you the file as an attachment, if that would help. Just let me know. The security software might block that too, but could be worth a try.
