Hi, I mistakenly deleted the meeting for Mtg-01 (10/7/19) with Julia Chavez. Because of this, I cannot begin step 54 of Max Lab 2b. Is there any assistance you can offer?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, so click on the character icon on the upper right corner and when you see the popup window, click "Switch to Salesforce Classic". That will take you into the old interface to the same stuff. Just looks different.
There you should see a Recycle Bin with a trash can icon, on the upper left:
Click that and you should see all deleted records listed. Just check the checkbox next to the one you want to undelete and click Undelete.
Once it's been undeleted you just need to click on Switch to Lighting Experience.on the upper mid-right, next to where your name is displayed and that will take you back to the Lightning interface and you should be able to pick up with Step 54 again.

Probably the easiest thing is to just undelete that record. Hang on. Let me get you the exact steps to do that.
