Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
I keep getting a message when I log in that my username or password is incorrect and that I might need to contact my salesforce administrator and I do not know who that is. I am also confused because I just made this account and I know the information I put in is correct.
Make sure you go to go to: https://login.salesforce.com/ first and then try to log in.
If that doesn't work, try it in a different browser.
If that doesn't work try the Forgot You Password option.
