Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, from what you show in your screencaps, this shouldn't be a problem. My guess is that, when you created the Comments field in Meeting, you clicked thru the Next, Next & Save sequence so quickly that those intermediate pages that get skipped over didn't get a chance to fully load and execute their logic. One of them turns on access to the field for all the different roles that a user might have in the organization, including the System Administrator which is you. Then the field exists but you can't access it for importing, displaying on layouts, etc. I think that's what happened here.
To fix, go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting > Fields & Relationships and click on Comments and then click on Set Field-Level Security (upper middle). Then, click the checkbox at the top of the Visible column to turn off/on visibility for all the roles below. Just click once or twice to make sure all the boxes below are checked (and blue). Then click Save. After than you should be able to import without the mapping error. But let me know, ok? Thanks!
