Hello, how I can upload all the data in a file at one time since I have 3 records fail to upload in my Lab 2b and I've tried many times and it cannot be uploaded.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Oh, sure. Glad you got it sorted out! Let me know if you run into other issues. Your Meeting IDs may be different now from what is shown in the lab instructions, but you can probably figure out how to adjust. If not, let me know and I can help.
Yeah, that's very unusual. Not sure what's happening there. Please email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and attach the file that you downloaded and are trying to import.
Then, also do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's going on:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
