Could I please get some help on these errors. I have tried and followed the instructions on how to fix and regenerated the grader but nothing changes.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well, if you made the fixes and saw no changes, then I suspect you didn't re-run the scoring routine after the fixes. You have to open the Developer Console again and copy/paste in that one line of code and execute it. And you ALSO have to refresh the page to see the updates. You can see an example of this in the YouTube video tutorial (the 11 min one) at the top of the grader screen.
If you're sure you tried that already and you're still not able to see any updates to the scores, you can do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
I see you upvoted those instructions on another posting so I assumed that meant you did those steps already but I tried and I don't have access to your account yet. That's ok bc I think you just need to re-run the scoring routine to see the changed scores after your fixes.
