There is no option for a + New Contact under the Contacts Name. I have redone steps 41-52 and I see do not see a option for the drop down menu. I was wondering what else I should do?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Are you sure that you followed the steps to set the Contact Name field to be a Lookup field that connects to the built in Contact field in Salesforce? (The Contact Name field should be of type Text with size 30, etc.)
