I have tried to upload the file so many times and it acts like it worked until I get to step 29 and I can only see 3 meetings. I checked the email it sent and it said 'Meetings Failed: 10 (we couldn't import these due to errors)'

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Did you use that name on your Salesforce account?
Did you purchase Max's Pitch Package?
I can't find your name showing up at all.
I'm not finding an account with that name. Do these 3 steps too:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the left column for Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com

Yeah, that's not working but can you screencap what it says the errors are?
And tell me, when you were going through the steps, did it show all fields were mapped and did it look ok when it showed you the preview of the first few records and how they lined up in the fields?
Let me know those answers and then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and take a look. Let me know when they're done, ok? Also, I need your name so I can look up your account:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
