This keeps telling me I have 9 records failed and im not sure how to fix it.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Chances are your Pitch IDs are not P-000 thru P-009 like they're supposed to be at that point. The incoming Meeting records each have to find the Pitch record they go with by matching the Pitch ID. If they don't find the match to the one they are looking for, they fail.
If your Pitch IDs aren't P-000 thru P-009, then you must have messed up the importing of the Pitch records back in Lab 1b. There's no good way to fix that because Pitch IDs can't be changed/edited once they're assigned. To make 2b work now, your best bet is to abandon your existing Salesforce account, get a brand new one. Then there are shortcuts I can give you so you can catch up to where you can start 2b again with the correct Pitch IDs and it will work. You'll have to repeat some parts of the previous labs but not all. I can give you the shortcuts. And you won't have to pay again because I can give you a promo code for this time.
