Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
I am on step 42 of Lab 2b, but I get this error that my import was not successful even though I followed all the steps right. I can see all my data so I am not exactly sure what went wrong as every step made sense until I decided to run the grader app and noticed something went wrong. I do not want to have to redo the previous labs, so I would really appreciate some guidance as soon as possible.
Yes, it does look correct. Not sure why the grader is flagging it.

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org IDÂ so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.Â
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization IDÂ and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
