Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

I am about to do check point 2, steps 19-36 for the third time. I do not know what I am doing wrong, my page looks the same as the example except for the closability and address tabs which I am unable to locate on the "Select fields to Display" tab. Can someone please help!!!
Well, computers are super-picky so you have to take your time and follow each and every instruction carefully and then you won't run into problems that take way longer to solve in the end.
In your case, it looks like you may have skippped over the first 4 steps of Lab 1b where you were supposed to delete the Pitch object that you made in 1a. You were supposed to delete it so you wouldn't get confused with the new Pitch object that gets installed as part of Max's Pitch Package in Lab 1b. But since you didn't delete it, you did get confused and you are working with that one now that doesn't have the Address field in it.
So you will need to delete the old Pitch object and redo stuff using the one from Max's Pitch Package. I'm not even sure if you imported the records into the new one or the old one. Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Note also that you've been putting in the quotation marks like around "Spray & Pray Ventures" which is specifically says NOT to do. Don't enter the quotation marks on anything. Those are just to show you what you are supposed to type or copy/paste between them.
Also note that the cover sheet says it's never a good idea to redo steps - it usually makes things worse becase you make multiple copies of the same thing. It tells you instead to find a fix to the problem right then and there, instead of redoing stuff. It tells you to check the Help FAQ or post here instead of repeating things. Don't just repeat.
