Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I don't understand what your problem is. What is the "same situation"? This doesn't relate to the screencap you showed me.
If you want to see the the Related Lists, you can go to Setup > Object Manager and select Pitch and then do Step 81 and go from there.
I got same situation and redo the steps 65-73. But it is exact same. what can i do next step
Well, it's really hard to tell without seeing a screencap of what you're seeing but my best guess would be that you didn't get Meeting connected to Pitch properly. Then there is no related object to show a list from. So you may have missed Steps 65-73 or didn't get them all right. Go back to the Meeting object, look at Fields & Relationships and make sure you have a field called Pitch that is a Lookup Relationship type field. If not, you need one and then you should see the wrench in 82.
