Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

It's ok. In Step 101 of Lab 1b, you saved the date filter you had built to include only the Pitches with Follow-up dates in November. So you're only seeing those Pitches now, not the full set. It doesn't matter for the purposes of the lab - this was just to show you that having all 3 Spray & Pray meetings in there doesn't fit with the others that are only 1 row per business and it throws off the totals & averages, etc. But you can see this from the image embedded in the instructions anyway. You don't have to see it in your own report. You can just continue at this point.
