I am not able to see the meeting ID column. And I need that in order to Clone the next 2 meetings.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

I just gave you access to my account can you please take a look and tell me why I cannot see the Meeting Date in the Available Fields, yet I can see it in the set up so I know I created it?

Well it looks like you moved Meeting ID back down to the bottom of the list of fields to show on the related list view. I had moved it up so it showed, but you must have moved it back down? Not sure why. I moved it back up again and now it shows fine. Just go on with 101 and don't move it back down, ok?
I checked your account. You had Meeting ID in there but not at the top like it says. You have to have it at the top of the list. That's why I said you could use the up arrow to move it to the top. Anyway, I did it for you now.
Yeah, it looks like Meeting ID got taken OFF the list of the Selected Fields when you were doing Steps 80-86. So to put it back in, got to Setup. Then do Steps 80-82.
Then, from the Available Fields list, find Meeting ID, click to highlight it and then click the Add
button, with the right-pointing arrow to move it to the Selected Fields list
Then use the UP arrow to move it to the top of the Selected Fields list. Then click Save up on the top left of the Pitch Layout panel you're working in.
Then, when you go back to 101-113, you should see Meeting ID showing up.
If not, then do these 3 steps to give me access to your account and I'll get in and see what's going on:
1) Click on the character at the upper right corner and then, in the popup, click “Settings”
2) On the left vertical menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access”
3) On the row for The Max Labs Project, use the menu to change “—No Access—“ to “1-Month…”
Post back here when you're done, either way, ok?
