Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I messed up my Mtg-03 so I deleted it to make a new one, but when I did and entered it again, it showed up as Mtg-04... so I was panicking and deleted it to make another... which only showed up as Mtg-05. I was wondering how to get it back to Mtg-03 and if that was possible.

But now your meeting ID numbers are going to be thrown off which means you’ll need to make a slight adjustment when you do lab 2b. in lab 2b you will be importing meeting records and yours will have ID numbers that are two more than what is shown in the instructions there. That is OK, you just need to make the mental adjustment that and they say Meeting 7, for you it will be meeting 9, and so forth. If you do that, you’ll be fine.
Yeah when you go to the App Launcher you can enter “Recyc” in the search box to find the Recycle Bin app and open it and you can find deleted records there and restore them.
