While completing Max Lab 2a I noticed that I missed a step previously and tried to go back and fix it but was not able to. I also tried to move on to 2b and realized that my mistakes affected it too.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok. well I’ll need to know more of the details is that, like which step was missed and how you think that’s affecting 2b. Also do these steps so I can access your account and see if su can fix it. Let me know once you’ve completed them, ok? 1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account: 4. Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup. 5. On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information. 6. In the middle panel, look down in the left column for Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
It will not allow me to add contact name, number, and email because I have already downloaded the cvs file from 2b.
