I am unable to edit contact info, email, phone number, or pitch date. When I try to create new pitches they do not appear and these sections are locked for previous pitches that the site created.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

It looks like I may have run into another problem. I am trying to create a new meeting under the related tab and I don't have some of the categories such as comments and meeting date
yes I messed something up and am trying to redo the steps. Im not quite sure how far I got Im just unsure out to back out of this mess and start clean on this lab

Well the instructions had you take hide those fields out of the Pitch layout because it turned out they really belonged in a new object named Meeting that you created with them in it instead.
And you shouldn't be needing to create a new Pitch record anyway after that so I'm not sure what you're trying to actually do?
