Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, I took a look into your account and I immediately saw the issue. For some reason, back in Lab 1b, you decided not to do Steps 1-4. Turns out those were the steps where you were supposed to delete the old Pitch object you made in Lab 1a. Not sure why, but you didn't do that so now you have two Pitch objects - the one you made in Lab 1a and the one you added when you installed Max's Pitch Package in Lab 1b. And now everything's mixed up because you have used one of those Pitch objects for some steps of 2a and the other Pitch object for other steps in 2a,
Turns out computers are pick so it's actually important to do each and every step, and do them in the order given. You don't want to choose to do some steps and skip others or it will all break down as you're seeing now.
It's pretty messed up now and hard to fix at this point so the easiest thing to do is to abandon the SF account you're using and get a brand new fresh one to go from there. To get the new account, just follow Max's instructions about that from Lab 1a. With your new account, you can skip the rest of Lab 1a and just do Steps 5-36 of Lab 1b and then you can restart Lab 2a at the beginning. You won't need to pay again - just email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and I'll give you a promo code so you can install without paying, ok?
i did the part where i changed the access to a month.
when i go to setup>object manager<>meeting i dont find a pitch so im confused. do i do all steps from 65 again?
Well, it looks to me like you didn't successfully connect your Meeting object to your Pitch object. That was supposed to happen when you were adding the field Pitch to your Meeting object in Steps 65-73. I think either you skipped those steps or messed them up somehow.
Try going back into your Meeting object by clicking Setup > Object Manager > Meeting and then if you the field PItch, delete it and then redo Steps 65-73. Or if it's not there just do those steps to add it. Then jump to Step 80 and go from there and 83 should work then.
If that's not working still then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and take a look and let me know when you've completed them:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
