Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

It looks like you’re trying to restart 2a after already doing later steps? It doesn’t work that way. The cover sheet emphasizes that you can’t just “start over” - you have to fix problems instead of starting over because changes you made to the Pitch object later in the steps are still there, for example, like taking those fields out of the layout. What is the actual problem you were trying to deal with by starting over? We need to fix that instead.
