I just fixed it for you. I just went into the Pitch Layout, at the bottom where it is for Related Lists and I just moved Enthusiasm over from the Available Fields to the Selected Fields and saved it. It should be fine now.

Thank you Dr., I managed but still, there is a problem. The column for "Enthusiasm" isn't showing in the "Related" field.

I see. Yeah, you've gone pretty far into 2b so there are a lot of changes you made since that screencap at the end of 2a. Ok, so you just need to add back Enthusiasm because the only fields that show up in the 2a screencap are Meeting Date, Comments and Enthusiasm. So go into the Setup > Object Manager > Meeting and Fields & Relationships and add the Enthusiasm field. Then you can 92-113 but just skip the steps about Mobile, etc. Those won't show anyway.

So, I wanted to do just as you said but, again, I ran into a problem. Steps 96 to 100 can't be completed because I'm missing the Contact Name, Mobile, Email, and Enthusiasm sections.

Yeah, well things only last for 10 days in the Recycle Bin and then they are permanently deleted. But if you 're still trying to get the last screencap of 2a, you can just go to your Pitches tab. Open up P-019 (not P-012) and then do Step 92-113. The Meeting IDs will be different than those shown. They will be Mtg-14, Mtg-15 and Mtg-16, but that should be ok.

Hello, I emptied my recycle bin, remember? So, the problem is, after step 113, I do not have meetings 01,02,&03. I have the screencap but it also lacks my name. Wanted to go back and take it with my name. Sadly, can't find the meetings given that I deleted. I hope you can help, thanks.

Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account myself and I'll check:

1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that

3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

OK. This instruction is for when I have already created the pitches. Check out this screencap (no section to add comments and pitch date. I expected them just below the "Follow Up"). I cannot add comments nor the pitch date to the pitches when creating. Noticed the "Fields to Display" are okay, everything is there. But you see what, a pitch will come without comments and pitch date cause the time I created them I didn't add the comments and pitch date. Why? Because their sections are not showing on the popup for creating a pitch.

Ok, when you are viewing the Seeing Triple listview, click on the tiny gear on the upper right but NOT the one at the top right - NOT the Setup gear. You want the smaller one underneath the Change Owner and Import buttons. Click that tiny gear to drop down a list of options and choose Select Fields to Display. Then move the missing fields over from the left list to the right list, move them up or down if needed, and click Save and you should see everything properly then.

Oh, ok. Well I'm pretty sure your instructor won't care about the Pitch IDs being different than what is shown. I think they just want there to be 3 Pitches there with the correct Business Name, Pitch Date, etc. I'm pretty sure you would not lose points for that. So now, just follow those same steps to create the Spray & Pray record and clone it with the changes along the way so you wind up with three of them and they have the correct data like Comments, etc. And that should be fine for full credit, ok?

I made mistakes. When I noticed they were not there, I tried to recreate them only to realize the pitches kept counting upwards. So, I made it worse. I deleted everything in the recycle bin with the hope that the new pitches would start counting from 010, it didn't work. Those are some of the changes I made and that makes it harder to follow your instructions.

Yes, so the problem is that after Step 51, where you were supposed to take the screencap, you deleted two of those Spray & Pray records. But they are still there, in your account, in the Recycle Bin! Just go to the App Launcher and enter "Recycle" in the search bar and then click on Recycle Bin. Then you'll see the deleted records there and just click the down-arrow on the far right side for each of those two records and choose Restore. Then you can go back to the Pitches tab and select Seeing Triple as the list view and all 3 records will show.
