Step 2 of this lab says to look for "Pitch" in this list but I do not have this option. I have been using different browsers (this one is from Chrome) to see if that would do anything but I'm still getting this problem. I can't even start this lab without this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm completely lost at what to do at this point.

I was able to reinstall Max's Pitch Package and that seemed to do the trick. I also forgot that I had used a certain email address (I really struggled with my school email so I used my personal email when signing up). I also forgot that I used Firefox the first time around when I was trying to get it to work on Google Chrome.

My apologies for the late response but I have followed the steps that you have shown me.Thank you.
I don't think this is the same account where you installed Max's Pitch Package, unless you uninstalled it? Try doing this 3 steps so I can access your account and take a look and let me know when you've completed them:
1. Log in and click on you name (upper right) and click My Settings
2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
