Can I please get some help with Lab2a. I reviewed the steps multiple times but I cannot figure out what I did wrong. I click on "click here to see how" but it does not help.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yes, computers are super-picky so you have to read and follow every instruction super carefully and follow the steps exactly right to make them work. And since the steps build on each other, one mistake can lead to others going forward. Looking at your list of mistakes, it does seem like you must have messed up several steps along the way so far. It might be easiest to get a brand new account and try again. You wouldn't need to redo all of 1a and 1b - just a small section of 1b - and then you could start 2a fresh. And you wouldn't need to pay again. Just email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and I can tell you the steps needed. They are probably easier than trying to fix everything that's showing in 2a for you right now.
