Well you have two accounts then. You installed Max's Pitch Package into one of them but you are now using a different one without Max's Pitch Package (and no Pitch object).

You need to be working in the other account - the one with Max's Pitch Package installed. Then you will have a Pitch object and it will all work.

You must have two different Welcome emails from Salesforce, one for each account. Each email will show the username for that account. And it will show the login link you should use to log into that account. Find the one that you can log into and see the Pitch object. That is the one with Max's Pitch Package and you need to use that one from now on, oK?

Ah, yeah, actually it's not the same - that's for the Salesforce company. It has to actually say "The Max Labs Project" but that's not showing because Max's Pitch Package is not installed in that account. I think you've wound up with multiple accounts and one has Max's Pitch Package and your prior work and the other is empty. You're in the empty one.

I can tell for sure if you include the browser address bar in your screencap of your Salesforce page so I can see the URL. (It's cut off in your current screencap.) Can you post one like that? It will confirm and help me get you back into the correct account. Thanks!

I suspect you have inadvertently gotten multiple accounts all with the same username and you are getting into one sometimes and a different one other times. This can happen if you click the Submit button multiple times when getting your Salesforce account.

Can you try looking in your email and see if you have more than one Welcome emails from Salesforce? If so, they probably both/all have the same username. But each will have a different login link for logging into that one account. If you use that link to log in, you will be logging into that one account. Then you can log into each one and find the one where you have the Pitch object from before that you can use for 2a and the rest of the labs. Just always make sure you use that login link from now on.
