I finished the lab earlier today and went to grade it. I did not receive the full points so I went back to try and fix it based off of the information and steps that it gave me. They didn't help so I'm left wondering what I did wrong.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

You put 30% for Equity Percentage. It was supposed to be 35%. Fix it, regrade and the error will be gone.

Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok? 1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
I fixed the typo, but I am still receiving the same message after re-running the scoring routine and refreshing.
I see it now. There's a typo in the Closability field data for the P-012 record. It says 765% instead of 65%. Just edit that to fix it and then re-run the scoring routine & refresh and you'll get rid of that message.
I have refreshed it a couple of times but I keep receiving this message.
What you're showing looks correct. Are you sure you re-ran the scoring routine (in the Developer Console) and refreshed the page after making fixes? If not, try that. If so, then what error messages are showing now? They should explain what is wrong.
