Just go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting > Fields & Relationships and click New. Then you can pick up again with Step 73.

for step 3 lab 2a , step 73 I selected save instead of save and new what should I do?

but step 4 is delete pitch

Well you can get a bunch of accounts and use the same email address for all of them. But they are all different, separate accounts and they each have their own unique Username. If you want to continue with the work you did in 1b, you have to be in that same account, with the same Username, where you did the work. Can you get back into that account? If so, then you will see Pitch. If you can’t get into that account anymore, let me know and we’ll go from there.

So the Pitch object you used in Lab 1b should still be there unless you uninstalled Max’s Pitch Package for some reason? Or did you get two accounts and you are confused between them. Are you sure this is the same Salesforce account that you did Lab 1b in?

Did you do lab 1b? you have to at least do steps five through 36 of the lab1b before you can start lab 2a. If you think you did do lab 1B, then show me a screen cap of where the pitch object is missing on your object manager.
