Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Resolved. Everything is good now!!
It shows the wrench? Not sure what that means. The wrench is used in some steps. If it’s showing, isn’t that a good thing so you could use it for those steps? Is there something wrong with it? Post a screen cap, please. No idea what you mean about the red square. Post a screen cap. For the grader, did you use the developer console to run the scoring routine and then click the refresh button as directed in the instructions? What do you mean you can’t grade? Is there an error message? Post a screen cap, please. Then do these three steps so I can access your account and take a look. Let me know when you’ve done them, OK? 1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
