Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I am not at 100%, but I will go back through and see what I may have missed.
So yeah, that means that your 3rd Spray & Pray pitch record (you should have deleted the first two) has some wrong or missing values in one of the fields. So you need to edit it and make sure you have the exact right value for every field.
HOWEVER! - If you are showing 100% for your certificate, then it is already correct but the grader has a bug in it currently and can't clear that message after it is triggered, even when the records is corrected. Sorry. In that case you can ignore it and just go on.
