For step 20, I do not have the contact name, comments mobile, email fields. How do I get these to show?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

You shouldn’t need those. The layer instructions told you to take them out of the layout so now they don’t show up. You’ve already gone beyond 34. Why are you trying to go back again. That won’t work. The cover sheet says not to try to start over. It won’t work and can make things worse.
What is the actual problem you ran into in a later step that you’re trying to fix by redoing stuff? That is what you should fix. Not this.
