Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi again, just trying to fix my 89 to a 100. I'm trying to follow the steps that are shown that were wrong for checkpoint 2. However, following the steps still didn't change my grade, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. It says follow steps 37-46 if I don't have to pitch everything but I do.
Yes that makes sense. I did lab 2a first and then had mistakes and didn't fix them then because i couldn't figure out how to contact you.

BTW - so it says to create the Pitch Everything list view IF you don't have it which you say you do so then it says to check the Spray & Pray record that is supposed to be like in Step 51 and fix its values to match. Did you do that?

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
