Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I have an issue getting more than just MEETING ID to show up. I also need meeting date, comments and enthusiasm to be to the right.

Yeah so that's what happens in Steps 80-86. You must have skipped them. You have to do all the steps or things don't work. And if you read the part between the steps, it explains what you're doing so you'll understand and be able to realize what's happened if things go wrong.
Anyway, go do Steps 80-86 and then go back to where you were and those things should show up. If not, post back again.
