Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

I had to restart lab 2a because I got stuck in 2b at step 30 but now i cant get passed step 15 in 2a.

Yeah, like it says on the cover pages, you can’t redo labs because you have already created the stuff and you can’t create duplicates, like the error message in your screencap is saying. Instead, when you run into a problem, you either have to fix that problem right there, or if you want to redo, you have to get a brand new SF account and redo the suffix needed for 2b, in this case, in the new account.
