Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well, that field and others get removed from Pitch in the later steps as Max finds they belong in Meeting instead. Looks like you're trying to "redo" the steps from the beginning? That doesn't work. You would have to back up by undoing steps step-by-step which is almost impossible. That's why the cover sheet warns not to try starting over - it just doesn't work and it can actually make things a lot worse
If you ran into a problem later on, you have to solve that problem where you are, not just try to redo (unless you get a brand new account which has it's own problems).
Tell me what the actual problem was that made you try to redo the lab and then we can figure out how to fix it.
