Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I did this step but it still won't correct, " Can't find a Validation Rule name "Equity Percentage has to be 100 or less" or anything close to that (Steps 1-16). If you want to fix this and re-grade, do Steps 1-16. Then re-grade by using the App Launcher to open the Grader App and follow instructions to run the scoring routine again and then be sure to reload the page to see the updated error list & grade certificate."
You put underscores into the name so the grader can't recognize it. Edit the rule and replace the underscores with spaces and save. Then regrade & refresh.
