I have been trying multiple times to change the field names in my fields & relationships to be visible. I have attempted editing each individual field name as well as using the set field level security function to manually set each name as visible, but neither are working. I have graded it after attempting both fix, and yet the error still appears in Max lab grader. The help forums have not helped in changing the visibility or the name of these field names and I am unsure what to do now. At the end of my field names, they also all end in _c which doesn't seem right. This issue is affecting my ability to not have unmapped fields in Lab 2b and is also messing a lot of other things up.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Those actually look correct. The "__c" is a suffix that Salesforce automatically appends to the end of every Field Name for any field you create. They all seem correct to me and if you have made sure the visibility is on for them, then I'm not sure why you're getting mapping errors whey you try to import. My best guess is maybe you have more than one Meeting object and you're looking at one but trying to import into the other?
I can take a look and find the issue for you. Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
