Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well, it's telling that you already have a rule by that name so you can't create a new one with the same name and you shouldn't need to. You've already done this. Are you trying to redo the lab? Like bottom of the cover sheet stresses in bold red, all-cap font, that's never a good idea. It just doesn't work for the very reason you're running into now. You need to fix the problem you ran into right there, not try to start over and redo everything unless it's in a new account. You would have to undo everything you did already, step-by-step and that's nearly impossible, even for me.
What is the real reason you are redoing the steps?
